- Russia
- Ukraine
- Belarus
- Nordic States (including Finland, Norway, Iceland, Sweden and Greenland, but not Denmark.)
- Baltic states (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania)
- Poland
- Rusyn areas of Slovakia and Hungary bordering Poland and Ukraine.
